Jeb Bush has failed to stay a loyal Republican for some time now. You could argue that he was just being a sore loser after Trump beat him so badly, when he thought he would win because of his family’s legacy. Or maybe he was angry at Trump because of the insults. However, many believed that Jeb is just not a true Republican, and what he just did proves that to be the case.
Jeb Bush announced that he is refusing to go to Trump’s inauguration. Even Hillary Clinton is not such a sore loser, as she will be attending the inauguration.
The rest of the Bush family will be attending Trump’s inauguration. Does Jeb really hold grudges for that long? After the election Jeb posted “Congratulations on your victory @realDonaldTrump. As our President, Columba and I will pray for you in the days and months to come,” on Twitter.
During the primary, many of Trump’s cabinet members actually supported Jeb. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, EPA head Scott Pruitt, Education Secretary Betsy DeVos, and Labor Secretary Andy Puzder all supported Jeb, yet now that the election is over and people have moved passed it they are supporting Trump, but more importantly, trying to make our country a better place.
Yet Jeb Bush is still holding a grudge. Why do you think Jeb is refusing to attend the inauguration?
